All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown in this online catalog supersede all previous catalogs. We also reserve the right to correct misprints.

While we endeavor to hold our pricing throughout the year, the impending tariff changes could impact pricing on select items. If/when those are impacted, pricing will be adjusted on a case by case basis.

Who determines what items are offered on the site?

We have a department dedicated to finding the very best products. We also make decisions based on your feedback. If you would like to make a suggestion please contact us at FirstStoreCS@brandaddition.com. We appreciate your input!

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on government requirements.

Inventory

We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock we will hold your order until all the goods are in stock so we can ship your order complete. If you need your order at a certain date please contact us at FirstStoreCS@brandaddition.com. Be sure to include your order number in the email.

Custom Imprints

Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. There is a 5% over or under run on all custom items that require personalization. The proofing process is done online as you process your order. No additional proofs are available. Custom imprinted items cannot be returned except in cases where Brand Addition is at fault.

Using a Gift Card on an Order

Locate the 16 digit gift card number on the e-mail or gift card you received. To redeem your gift card please follow these simple steps:

  1. During the checkout process you will be prompted for a payment. You will type your gift card number on this page.  You will need to choose a payment method along with providing your gift card number in case your gift card does not cover all of your charges.
  2. Under the section titled "Pay By Gift Card" please type in your 16 digit gift card number in the box provided.  If you have more than one gift card to redeem click the "Add Another Gift Card" link to the right to add another box.  You can redeem up to 7 gift cards on one order.
  3. Click Continue once you have added all of your gift card numbers.

The review order screen will show the amount of gift cards that are to be applied to this order.

When will I receive confirmation from my order?

If you provided an email address a confirmation will be emailed to you within 15 minutes of placing your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please call us at 1-888-738-0700. We will make every attempt to cancel your order depending on where it is in the ordering process. Please have your order number available when you call.

How do I exchange or return an item?

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, please complete the form linked below to return your item and get a refund. Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Free return shipping is provided.

Please enter the required info in the form. If you are exchanging an item, be sure to fill in the info on the item you are exchanging for, and size, if applicable. Print the confirmation page to include with your return. Once we receive and review, a free return ship label will be issued and emailed to the address provided. Please print the label, add the confirmation to your package, and ship the return back to Brand Addition. Your return will be processed once received. If exchanging an item, your new order will be shipped out via ground service with no additional freight charges.

Custom imprinted items cannot be returned except in cases where Brand Addition is at fault.

What are the ship to methods for Hawaii and Alaska?

All orders to Hawaii and Alaska can be shipped either 2 day air or 1 day air. Unfortunately we can not ship ground.

How do I change the shipping address for my order?

If you need to change the shipping address while placing your order, uncheck "Ship to this address" during Step 1 of the checkout process. You may then select a new shipping address from your address book. If you'd like to ship to an address that is not currently in your address book, select "Add/Edit Addresses" and add a new address. When you are finished, select 'Return to Checkout' to finish the checkout process.

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order and the order has not yet shipped please call us at 1-888-738-0700. Please have your order number available when you call.

How do I change the ship method or delivery address if I used my Group FedEx Number?

If you have opted to use your Group FedEx # and you would like to make a change to your ship method or update the delivery address, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GoFedEx. Please have your tracking number ready when calling.

How do I find out the status of my order and tracking information?

Order status and tracking information can be found by viewing your Order History then clicking on the order number. Please note we can only provide shipping status of items that we stock and ship. Custom item shipping lead times can be found on the individual product pages.

Report a damaged item

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us at FirstStoreCS@brandaddition.comor call Customer Service at 1-888-738-0700 . A representative will instruct you about returning the item.

Warranty

All merchandise is guaranteed for workmanship and quality for 60 days from date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your order, please call Customer Service for immediate assistance. Send your return prepaid and insured via the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx or USPS). CODs cannot be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include the order number and the item you would like to return.
